Explore * Engage * Empower

TUchangemakers is a student group that acts as a platform for social innovation and entrepreneurship at Tulane, in New Orleans, and around the world. We help the Tulane commmunity understand these themes at all different levels – from introducing the concept of changemaking through supporting full-fledged social ventures. The team consists of graduate and undergraduate leaders from across academic disciplines that:
•    Explore social innovation on campus and beyond
•    Engage in creating positive social change
•    Empower a network of student entrepreneurs focused on community solutions and sustainability

TUchangemakers work in partnership with CELT, Ashoka U, and Net Impact to create an enabling environment where every individual has access to the resources, learning opportunities, role models, and peer community needed to actualize their full potential as changemakers. To get involved, e-mail us at TUchangemakers@tulane.edu.

TUchangemakers are eligible for grant funding to support various engaged learning experiences, including conference registration, travel, food & accommodations, or research materials. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and members can learn more by contacting advisor Rebecca Otten.

TUchangemakers are currently working on developing a blog to share campus and community resources available to changemakers. Check out our progress and submit a blog post about resources like internships, funding, classes, etc.
