NIH will soon be implementing the RPPR (Research Performance Progress Report) system for online reporting of grant progress. This is an attempt to standardize reporting formats and will eventually do away with eSNAP, Form 2590 etc. AHRQ, FDA and CDC have also adopted this mechanism. The reporting option begins Oct 19 but is not mandatory till sometime in April 2013.
Please review this presentation to become familiar with the changes.
