Every student pledges adherence to rules and regulations of the School as stated in the Honor Code of Academic Conduct. Please review and sign the pledge form at the end of the document.

To be able to pre-register, we must have your immunization record on file in the Student Health Center. In addition, full time students must have medical insurance. The form for to elect or waive insurance can be found on the insurance info page of the Student Health Center website.

Visa I-20 Documentation

I-20 Documents Required to Request Visa

International students or scholars must have a passport issued by their government and a visa to enter the United States. The visa application will require a document: Form I-20. In order to process the initial paperwork for your I-20, we need the required documentation.
