The school maintains broadcast email lists for faculty, staff, and students. These listservs are to be used for SPHTM school-wide official communications. Visit the guidelines to learn more about the University requirements for broadcast e-mail using the Tulane systems.
The school auditorium, gallery, conference rooms and classroom are available for student, faculty and organizational use. Requests are subject to availability and approval. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance. Room reservations are subject to cancellation two weeks in advance of event at discretion of administration.

The uptown Telephony Services provides telecommunications service to Tulane University's main campus, integrated phone service, and voicemail to several satellite campuses. Request textbooks and direct students to pick them up at the Medical Bookstore, located on the first floor of the medical school. The bookstore is also your source for Commencement regalia, invitations, DVDs and more.
