Personal Statement:

My research interests are focused on clinical outcomes and healthcare processes for patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Recent research efforts include medication adherence in older patients with hypertension, adherence to physical activity recommendation in patients with diabetes, provider adherence to medication guidelines. Other interests include prevention and control of chronic diseases to include lifestyle modifications.
