Welcome to Epidemiology Seminar Series!

Epidemiology seminars are an essential part of graduate education.  They provide students with exposure to methodological issues beyond that covered in coursework and the individual student’s area of concentration, development of the ability to articulate questions and discuss ideas with colleagues, and the opportunity to interact with faculty and guest speakers.  They also give students the chance to practice presenting their own work and hone their presentation skills. Attendance is highly encouraged.  The Epidemiology Seminar Series is supported by the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Department of Epidemiology. Seminars are free and open to the public and held every Monday at noon in Tidewater 2082. If you have questions, comments or would like additional information about the Epidemiology Seminar Series, please contact Therese Carter at 988-6809 or tcarter1@tulane.edu.
