
Admission Requirements
Students must meet the requirements for admission to the school. In addition, the department requires a baccalaureate degree with overall grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and a combined verbal and quantitative GRE score of at least 1050 for the MPH program, at least 1100 for the MS program and above 1200 for the doctoral program, all with strong quantitative abilities. Academically exceptional applicants may be accepted directly into the PhD program.
Deadlines
Please note that the deadline for admission to the doctoral program is December 1, for full scholarship consideration and students are admitted for the fall semester. All other applications are accepted on a rolling basis for fall, spring and summer.
