Application Process
Disaster Management (Certificate)
In addition to the application and official transcripts (sent from all schools attended) the following items will be needed to complete an application. Please ignore the address and requirements on the .pdf. Simply fill out and fax (504-988-7352) or mail to the address below.
- A CV or resume documenting relevant work experience
- Two letters of recommendation from and employer or higher education
All certificate and non-degree seeking applications will be handled directly through the distance learning offices.All materials should be directed to dlinfo@tulane.edu or sent to:

Financial Aid
Students admitted to a Certificate or NDSS (Non-degree seeking students) are not eligible for financial aid.
Rolling Admissions
We operate on a policy of rolling admissions, however, for adequate financial aid and distance learning set-up support, applications for admission completed by the following dates will be given priority:
- August 26 for Fall enrollment
- November 15 for Spring enrollment
