Items to coordinate before creating a new page:

1. Determine page's Parent site (subsite folder) if appropriate
2. Determine content
3. Determine Page Style layout
4. Write and edit content, see
   

5. Write content to length
6. Write headers and metadata for page
7. Select and prepare images
   
8. Determine any links from page content
9. Register external links that will be reused
   
10. Obtain department approval of content
