WHAT:           Tulane University’s Day of Service in commemoration of the fifth anniversary of   Katrina


WHO:             Lisa Jackson, head of the Environmental Protection Agency and a graduate of Tulane  University, will join more than 500 Tulane faculty, staff and alumni for a Day of Service to the city of New Orleans. Volunteers will work to help beautify City Park and build homes for Habitat for Humanity in the 7th ward.



WHERE:        Jackson will volunteer at the Popp Fountain work site from 11 a.m to noon.
