WHO: Former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Stephen Covey, author of the international bestseller The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People 

WHEN: Wednesday, Feb. 28 

WHERE: General Powell will speak from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Kendall Cram Room on the second floor of the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life. Powell will speak on his life experiences, leadership, world events, and the future of New Orleans. He will take questions from Tulane students but not the media.

Stephen Covey will speak from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Woldenberg Art Center's Freeman Auditorium. Covey will discuss his latest book, The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness. 

WHAT: Both events, which are sponsored by the student group Perspectives, are free and open to the Tulane community.
