Catch the Tulane Marching Band in several Carnival parades: Krewe d'Etat on Feb. 16, Thoth on Feb. 18 and Rex on Feb. 20. The band is also looking for volunteers to help carry the banner and throw band doubloons. Call 314-BAND.
