Why: Media, including any crew members, wishing to cover Mrs. Bush's speech must provide their names, media affiliation, social security and date of birth by contacting Kathryn Hobgood at 504-865-5229 or firstname.lastname@example.org by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30. All television cameras must be in place by 7:30 a.m. at the Freeman Auditorium on Wednesday, May 31. All media must be seated inside the auditorium by 10:45 a.m.
