Carnival season is upon us. Here's a list of all you need to know for Mardi Gras 2005, including parade schedules, safety tips, rules for guests of Tulane students, and hours of operation for campus facilities during Mardi Gras break. Laissez les bon temps roulez!

On Friday, Feb. 4, Saturday, Feb. 5, and Sunday, Feb. 6, Saferides Special Events will have a special service free for all students with your Tulane ID (guests escorted by a Tulane student can ride, too). A shuttle will pick up students on the McAlister side of the Navy building and run to the Tidewater Building (just blocks away from Canal and Bourbon) at least twice every hour.

The first pick up from the UC will be at 8 p.m. and the last at 2:40 a.m. The last pick up from downtown will be approximately at 3:20 a.m. Be safe for Mardi Gras, take SAFERIDES! Pick Up Times from Uptown Campus 8 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:20 p.m., 9:50 p.m., 10:40 p.m., 11:10 p.m, Midnight, 12:30 a.m., 1:20 a.m., 1:50 a.m., 2:40 a.m. Pick Up Times from Downtown 8:40 p.m., 9:10 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 10:30 p.m., 11:20 p.m., Midnight, 12:40 a.m., 1:10 a.m., 2:00 a.m., 2:30 a.m., 3:20 a.m.
