Boots

Sophomore Anya Schwartz cradles Boots, a 4-month-old Nigerian dwarf goat, on the Alcee Fortier quad of the Tulane University uptown campus. The animal appeared on campus Friday (Dec. 6) with a number of companions from a local petting zoo to provide students downtime from end-of-the-semester stress. The animals return to campus Tuesday (Dec. 10) and Thursday (Dec. 12), from 11 a.m.
to 1 p.m.

Roseanne Barr

Roseanne Barr, a 1-year-old Vietnamese pot-bellied pig, sniffs around the roots of an oak tree. The animals were brought to campus by Rowdy's Rascals petting zoo.

Zack

Zack, a zebra hybrid, makes an appearance on campus. Zack is half zebra, half miniature donkey.

Chloe

Less exotic, perhaps, but no less cute, Chloe, a 3-year-old poodle-Maltese mix, receives a cuddle.
