If you find yourself away from home this Thanksgiving and in need of a filling holiday meal, today’s Insider includes a full menu that can be prepared with or without a stovetop or an oven.

From turkey to dessert, all you need to mimic grandma’s Thanksgiving spread is right here. Okay, maybe we can’t compare this to grandma’s spread, but it’s a start!
Le menu:
Crockpot turkey breast
Microwave stuffed bell peppers
Green bean casserole
No-bake pumpkin pie
Sweet potatoes with apples and cranberries
Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Cranberry sauce
Invite a few friends because there’s certainly enough to share! And don’t forget to visit the university’s policy on acceptable appliances before you begin preparing your feast.
If the idea of cooking makes you squirm, there’s the annual Thanksgiving potluck dinner hosted by the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of International Students and Scholars. Dinner will be served on Tuesday (Nov. 22) beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Qatar ballroom in the Lavin-Bernick Center. The public is welcome to participate.
