As senior Devon Walker continues his rehabilitation after a serious football injury, his friends back on campus are still fighting for him. Three New Orleans comedians will headline a “Comedy for a Cause” show on Friday (Nov. 9), as a fundraiser for the student-athlete and his family.

Comedians Carrey B, RedBean and Mike Strecker will perform. The show will be held in Dixon Hall on the Tulane uptown campus. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show begins at 9 p.m.

Tickets, which are $10 for students with an ID and $20 for others, are available at the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Suite G04, in the Lavin-Bernick Center.

In addition, tickets also can be purchased online. The event is presented by the Black Faculty and Staff Association at Tulane.
