Goldring, who has a bachelor’s degree in business, is chair of the Sazerac Co. and Crescent Crown Distributing Co. in New Orleans. Originally elected to the Tulane board in 1986, he is president of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library Association, and was a recipient of the Paul Tulane Society Award, the Freeman School Distinguished Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Dermot McGlinchey Lifetime Achievement Award.

The president and CEO of United Distributors Inc. in Atlanta, Hertz first joined the Tulane board in 2000. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tulane and received the business school’s Outstanding Alumnus Award in 2003.

Hertz is chair of Camp Twin Lakes, a camping facility designed for chronically ill and disadvantaged children that he founded in 1989. He is a board member of the Marcus Foundation, Atlantic Capital Bank, Georgia Research Alliance and Westminster School.
