Gabe Feldman

Gabe Feldman, associate professor of law and director of the Sports Law Program at Tulane University continues to make an impact in the sports world, 140 characters at a time.

For the second year in a row, Feldman has been named to the Sports Illustrated Twitter 100, a list of the social media sites users compiled by SI staffers that they consider essential reading for finding news and opinions about all things sports.

With high-profile lockouts of the NFL, NBA and now NHL, it should come as no shock that more than 26,000 twitter users follow Feldman’s Twitter handle @SportsLawGuy for information and entertainment about complex contract negotiations.

Feldman, of course, took to Twitter Friday morning to express his gratitude to Sports Illustrated for the honor.

“Thanks to the folks at SI for including me in their Twitter 100. Not often I end up on same list as @mettaworldpeace.”
