The student section erupts in enthusiasm during the Green Wave football opener held in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. After a wet and windy week of enduring Hurricane Isaac, students were perhaps energized by the improved weather and the debut of Curtis Johnson's tenure as head coach on Saturday (Sept. 1).
