Monroe Quad on the Tulane University uptown campus was transformed into a carnival of sorts on Wednesday evening (July 16) for Minor Happening, a networking event sponsored by the A. B. Freeman School of Business Career Management Center. The party featured food trucks, sno-balls and local entrepreneurs showcasing their latest ventures.
