Robert Williams prepares a beef tenderloin sandwich at lunchtime on the uptown campus. Williams is a sous chef with Olive Blue catering, a component of Tulane Dining Services. The grill is situated just a few paces outside the Drawing Room Cafe, which is located in the Richardson Memorial Building, and will be open for lunch every other Tuesday during the summer.
