The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival kicks off on Friday (April 27), and the musical feast lasts for 10 days, through May 6. This year as usual, the fest offers a tantalizing list of national headliners as well as a host of beloved Louisiana icons. In addition, lots of Tulane talent is in the fest lineup.
