In New Orleans few things get the blood pumping like Carnival season. As parades begin rolling in the run up to Fat Tuesday, Crescent City residents and visitors are reminded that nothing looks or sounds like a parade — it's a veritable sensory smorgasbord. For those who can't be here or who haven't yet made it down to the parade route, here's a taste of the Carnival flavor.
