Apply to the LeaderShape Institute The LeaderShape Institute is coming to Tulane from May 11-16, 2014 and is looking for emerging leaders. Florie Gale Arons Poetry Program Every year since 1999, the Florie Gale Arons program has brought a distinguished female poet to campus for a poetry reading and workshop.
Newcomb Regional Book Clubs Spring 2011 marked the first gatherings of the Newcomb Book Club. These evenings of friendship and conversation, open to all Newcomb and Tulane alumnae and alumni, proved to be so successful that the NAA continues to expand the number of cities hosting book clubs, offering fall and spring gatherings in selected cities.
Become a Newcomb Fellow The Newcomb Fellows is a voluntary association of faculty from all undergraduate colleges of Tulane University. A Newcomb Fellow supports the higher education of women and participates in activities of the Newcomb College Institute that foster faculty-student interaction and research.
Collat Media Internship Program Collat Media Interns are paired with Newcomb Fellows or NCI staff members to complete a digital media project over the course of a semester. Projects include blogging, web development, programming, digital archiving, designing interactive exhibits and more.

Newcomb Scholars The Newcomb Scholars Program is a unique opportunity for incoming women at Tulane who are interested in an academically enriching and shared four-year experience.
Zale-Kimmerling Writer-In-Residence Program Each year since 1985, the Zale-Kimmerling Writer-in-Residence Program has brought a renowned woman writer to the Newcomb/Tulane campus to spend a week among readers and student writers who are eager for insight. Undergraduate students are exposed to an accomplished female author not only through traditional literary events, such as a public reading and interview, but they also have the unique opportunity to interact with her on an informal level through social events such as meeting for dinner or coffee during her week long visit.
