Individuals should submit a request in triplicate to the Dean’s office that includes:

  1. A description of the class, including the number of students.
  2. The impact of the funds.
  3. A clear budget request.

By receiving this money, recipients will be expected to write a report on the use of the funds to be shared with the donor.
