The other seven copies are for external evaluators and shall be provided in hard copy format, unless the candidate is notified that digital copies are requested for any number of the Department’s or P&T’s external evaluators; if digital copies are requested, books and other publication materials not suitable for digitization should be submitted as hard copies, numbered as on the CV |
