August 20, 2012 – Center for Scholars Funding Proposals due by 5pm to SLA Dean's Office.
August 20, 2012 – Candidates for Promotion/Tenure and Promotion Review must submit updated CV, Five-year Research Plan, and research/creative dossiers to their department and to P&T via SLA Dean's Office.
August 31, 2012 – Candidates for Third Year Review must submit entire dossier to their department.
September 20, 2012 – Departmental recommendation letter for Third Year Review and entire dossiers are due to P&T via SLA Dean's Office.
October 8, 2012 – Center for Scholars Funding Proposals due by 5pm to SLA Dean's Office.
October 15, 2012 – Candidates for Promotion/Tenure and Promotion Review must submit teaching dossier and (as required) service dossier to their department.
October 22, 2012 – Sabbatical Requests, Jr. Leave Requests, and Research Leave Requests are due to SLA Dean's Office.
November 7, 2012 – Departmental recommendation letter, external evaluation letters with CVs, teaching dossier, and service dossier for Promotion/Tenure and Promotion Reviews are due to P&T via SLA Dean's Office.
November 19, 2012 – Center for Scholars Funding Proposals due by 5pm to SLA Dean's Office.
December 3, 2012 – Sabbatical and Research Leave Reports due to the SLA Dean.
December 7, 2012 – Annual Faculty Showcase Reception at Number 2 Audubon, 4:00 - 6:00pm.

January 31, 2013 – Reports due for Graduate Student Summer Merit Fellowship Awards.
End of January/Early February – Deadline for submission of Hiring Plans (search requests) for the following Academic Year.
February 6, 2013 – Center for Scholars Funding Proposals due by 5pm to SLA Dean's Office.
February 18, 2013 – Faculty who wish to retire should send notices by this date.
March 1, 2013 – Nominations for both the Young and Senior Mellon Professorships in the Humanities (one spot for each) due by 5pm to the SLA Dean's Office.
March 8, 2013 – Lurcy Grant Proposals and Center for Scholars Funding Proposals due by 5pm to the SLA Dean's Office.
March 15, 2013 – Glick Fellows Grants application due by 5pm to SLA Dean's Office.
April 2, 2013 – Deadline to apply for Graduate Student Summer Merit Fellowship Awards.
April 2, 2013 – Nominations for SLA Faculty Awards for research/creative activities, teaching, and service due by 5pm to the SLA Dean's Office.
April 2, 2013 – Nominations for SLA Staff Award due by 5pm to the SLA Dean's Office.
April 5, 2013 – Review Declaration Forms due to SLA Dean's Office. Subsequent Promotion/Tenure and Promotion Review candidate and department actions are due by April 9 and May 1, per the P&T Timetable.
