Confucius Institute

The Confucius Institute at Tulane University is a joint initiative between Tulane University, Hanban, and East China Normal University (ECNU) in Shanghai. Its goal is to enrich the resources for Chinese language and culture studies at Tulane University, encourage faculty and student research in the area of China studies, and offer assistance with exchanges and joint endeavors with China. It is under the supervision of the School of Liberal Arts and is working closely with Asian Studies.
