Homecoming Refund/Cancellation Policy  

 

Registrant Cancellations 

Cancellations will be accepted provided that notification is given to the Tulane Office of Alumni Affairs or the Office of Parent Programs. Cancellation notices must be sent by the stated cancellation and refund deadlines listed below. Send notices to

Refunds

  • Cancellations received by Wednesday, October 24, 2012, will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received after Oct. 24, 2012, will be charged the full registration/ticket fees
  • No refunds on raffle ticket purchases.

No Show

  • No-show, no cancellation will incur a 100% registration fee and/or ticket charges.



Event Cancellations or Postponements

It’s unlikely to occur; however we take precautions. In either case, we'll alert you as soon as possible.  

Canceled Events - You'll get an automatic full refund for registration fees and tickets bought online using your purchase payment method.  

Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. If you can't make the new date you will get a refund upon request.
