Schedule: You can see the most recent schedule of events, as well as all panelist and speaker bios, and other event information, at http://tulane.edu/hiretulane/careerwave/agenda.cfm. The day begins with check-in at 7:30AM and programming runs from 8:30AM through 4:30PM with a lunch break. You are required to attend ALL sessions. You should review all of this information on the event website thoroughly prior to the event.
Additionally, during registration you were asked to choose from a list of optional afternoon sessions. Your afternoon session can be found here. The location of this session will be provided on Saturday in your event program.
Name Tag Pick-Up: As we have over 950 students registered for this event, if you would like to pick up your name tag ahead of time, you may do so at your appropriate Career Center from Tuesday – Friday of this week. *Picking up your name tag early will ensure you an easier check in on Saturday morning. Business School students should pick up name tags in the Freeman School's Career Management Center, and all other students' name tags will be available at the Tulane Career Center. If you do not have a chance to pick these up early in the week, you can do so at registration on Saturday morning.
Check-In: Check-in will begin at 7:30AM on Saturday, at Dixon Hall. Dixon Hall is #68 on the Tulane Campus map - http://tulane.edu/about/visiting/uptown-campus-map.cfm. We will close registration promptly at 8:25AM to begin our program. *YOU MUST CHECK IN* For those who pick up your name tag early from the Career Center, you’ll check in using our “Quick Check-In” tables. For all others, you’ll check in using our other tables where you will be able to pick up your name tag. Unexcused late arrivals will not be admitted. Additionally, the names of any unexcused no-shows to the event will be provided to those employers and panelists who request them.
Attire: Dress for all events is business casual. Jackets are not required. No jeans. All shirts must be tucked in, and no baseball caps will be allowed. Additional information about what constitutes "business casual" can be found at http://jobsearch.about.com/od/interviewsnetworking/a/businesscasual.htm.
