Career Wave will begin with Orientation on Friday, January 11, at 5pm.

Housing - Dorms will reopen at 8AM on January 11 for students who register for Career Wave, and information about this will be sent to you upon completion of your online registration. If you have immediate questions, please contact us at careerwave@tulane.edu

On-Campus Dining Services - Career Wave participants will be provided lunch on Saturday, January 12, as part of our program. In addition, please see below for information regarding options for on-campus dining/food services throughout the course of the weekend. Regular campus dining facilities, including Bruff Commons, will reopen on Sunday morning, January 13th. 

1) LBC Food Court ~ Open Jan 11 & 12 (7am-6pm) 2) City Diner (LBC) ~ Open Jan 11 (for dinner at 5pm) and Jan 12 (24 hour operation) 3) Loyola Facilities ~ Tulane's our partnership with Loyola Dining allows students to use their Wavebucks on their meal plan to eat in any of their facilities. Since Loyola starts classes a week ahead of Tulane all of their options are open normal hours. The Orleans Room (which Tulane students call Luff, short for Loyola-Bruff) is open until 8pm on Friday night, Jan 11. Flambeaux’s is open Friday from 10:30am-8pm and The Market will be open until midnight both Friday & Saturday. Students may also use their off-campus meal plan dollars at any of the locations listed on the web site that accept the Splash Card

Attire - Students should dress business casual for all events. Jackets are not required. No jeans. Contact us with any specific questions. Additional information about what constitutes "business casual" can be found HERE

Schedule Conflicts - If you have a schedule conflict and cannot attend Career Wave 2013, we encourage you to visit your career center immediately and take advantage of our year-round offerings as they relate to skills training and networking opportunities. Students who cannot participate on Friday but who would like to attend on Saturday are still eligible, but should email careerwave@tulane.edu with specifics regarding their availability. Additionally, we are aware that January 11-12, 2013, is the first weekend of Tulane's Panhellenic Recruitment. Sorority members who wish to attend Career Wave should speak with their individual chapters to determine if they can be excused to attend part or all of the program.
