 Your Women's Health Clinic staff includes nurse practitioners certified in family health care , a consulting GYN and registered nurses that provide comprehensive care focused on the unique needs of women.  We offer you a variety of services by appointment.

Routine annual women's health exams that include:

  • Pelvic exam
  • Pap smear test to screen for cervical cancer as appropriate
  • Clinical breast exam and breast self-exam instruction
  • Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening as appropriate and upon request
  • Birth control (contraception) and management

Other services include:

  • Abnormal pap smear consultation
  • Colposcopy
  • HPV vaccine administration

In addition, we provide ongoing support, treatment and education on contraception, sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment, care for menstrual concerns (cramps, irregular bleeding, PMS, other related problems), pregnancy testing and referrals, breast health assessment, evaluation and treatment for other common women's health issues(vaginal infections, urinary tract infection and emergency contraception prescriptions [Plan B]for students ages 17 and younger; no prescription is necessary for women ages 18 and up).  The Women's Health Clinic will refer you to the appropriate resource for services not available at the Student Health Center.

Sexual assault survivors are encouraged to walk in for same-day support, testing and/or referral.

When you call for an appointment, please be specific about your needs so that we can schedule you with the most appropriate healthcare provider.  Due to high demand, please schedule routine annual exams at least two weeks in advance.
