About

The Downtown Student Health Center is available to all students who have paid the Student Health Fee.  Part-time and dissertation students need to pay a Health Center fee to be eligible. Students at the School of Medicine and School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine can receive primary medical care at either Student Health Center location.

The Downtown Student Health Center is a primary care clinic. The physicians are general internal and family medicine faculty who are well equipped to manage the illnesses and injuries common young adult populations. Immunizations, occupational health, routine GYN, and travel clinic services are also available. When patients need more specialized care, they are referred to the appropriate specialist. Mental Health Services are only available on the uptown campus.
