Staff volunteers are needed to provide assistance during Tulane’s Commencement on Saturday, May 18, 2013.

"Greeters and Guest Ushers" play an role for guest relations and hospitality to the public. Among the tasks assigned to volunteers are:

• Give directions and distribute programs.
• Assist family and friends of our graduates, alumni and other guests in finding seats.
• Assist persons with special needs.
  

Don't forget to RSVP to the Thank You Party at Rock 'n' Bowl on Wednesday, May 29, 6 - 8:30 p.m.!

NOTE: If you have other Commencement duties, backstage, in robing rooms or on the floor (e.g., student lineup team, school diploma ceremony), contact your group's coordinator.
