Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

Rates are based on number of guests occupying the room and do not include the 13% hotel taxes, occupancy fees or any energy surcharges. Any incidentals will be the responsibility of the occupants. All room types are on request only and cannot be guaranteed until hotel check in.

Payment Policy: A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit per reservation is due at booking. 

Final Payment: Full prepayment is due by March 25, 2009.  Reservations made after March 25, 2009; require full prepayment immediately with a credit card.

Cancellations/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing and subject to the following penalties: From time of booking until March 25, 2009 a $50.00 per reservation penalty. After March 25, 2009, there is a 100% penalty unless your reservation can be resold. If your reservation can be resold the penalty is the first nights room and tax.
NO SHOWS FORFEIT ENTIRE PAYMENT

Amendments: A $25.00 administrative fee will be assessed for any changes after hotel vouchers have been issued. Hotel vouchers will be mailed two weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellation insurance is not required but strongly recommended.
