Cost of Attendance

Below is the Cost of Attendance for the 2013-2014 Academic Year.

Obviously, the most significant cost associated with medical school is tuition and fees; however, you should also consider the various other expenses you will incur. Cost of Attendance is a financial aid term that refers to all of the expected allowable expenses for the period of your enrollment. The costs shown below represent moderate, but reasonable living expenses for the New Orleans area. These costs are adjusted annually to reflect the rate of inflation and are consistent with federal guidelines. Local transportation, normal automobile maintenance expenses and parking are included, but an allowance for automobile loan payments is not.
