Louisiana Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS)
TOPS is a scholarship program funded by the state of Louisiana. Students who have been Louisiana residents for at least two years and have graduated from a Louisiana high school are eligible to apply for TOPS. The maximum award at Tulane is the average Louisiana public college tuition and may include a stipend for students with higher grade point averages and/or ACT scores. TOPS (Taylor Opportunity Program for Students) is a program of state scholarships for Louisiana residents who attend either one of the Louisiana Public Colleges and Universities, schools that are a part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, Louisiana approved Proprietary and Cosmetology Schools or institutions that are a part of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
