Facilities Services projects for Summer 2009 include:

Infrastructure:  Repair older cooling towers and fins
Replace chilled water isolation valve to allow chilled water line to be isolated for repairs

Infrastructure: Revive deep well pump with ROI unit for future use as chilled water and steam for energy savings and possible emergency continuity

Infrastructure:  Fogelman drainage - Supports McAlister Place (unified green) project

#2 Audubon:  Replace doors to match existing.  Remove chimney for safety (back side of house)

Anthropology: Paint exterior (completes block)

Boggs:  Building envelope/brick repair - will match existing (back side of building)

Butler:  Repair existing windows to allow for original function

Dixon Hall:  Replace front door to match existing

Gibson Hall:  HVAC upgrade - direct replacement
 Electrical upgrade - to support HVAC upgrade

Law School:  Water intrusion (interior work)

McAlister:  Waterproof building - repair & repoint stone
      New loading dock to support events

Navy/ROTC:  Paint windows

Newcomb Hall:  Elevator - presented design to CDRC.  Replace fire alarm system.

Monroe:  Complete Phase 2 of fire alarm upgrade.  Replace roofing system.

Richardson Memorial:  Replace flat roofing system.

Sharp:  Plumbing phase 2 - Replace pipes and damaged fixtures

Stern: Rooftop fume hood exhaust fan system (OEHS requirement)
       Change control air compressors

Warren: Replace hot water generator

Willow: Repairs to A/C at PJs
