Operations & Maintenance

The Facilities Operations & Maintenance Division performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance of all academic buildings and residence halls. The division includes:

• administrative services
  
• four zones for general maintenance
• five specialized shops
• custodial contractor (UGL Unicco)
• pest control contractor (Orkin)
• refuse contractor (River Parish Disposal)
• Logistics (warehouse)
