Customer Service responds to requests from students, faculty, and staff and processes about 30,000 work tickets annually via phone, ServiceWave (web requests), e-mail, and hard copy. They coordinate, schedule, and dispatch requests to our 16 zone or shop managers via radio, phone, and electronic work tickets. Customer Service is staffed by two employees:one at the Facilities office and one as our representative to HRL in Irby.
