Facilities Entrance

The Administrative Division

The Administrative Division personnel support zone, shop, and division managers in all business functions. They are responsible for:

  • Accounting, budgets, and payroll
  • Equipment, parts, supplies, and tools
  • FS human resources
  • Information and technology
  • Requisitions, IT's, Requests for Payment
  • Work order operations (Work Tickets, Job Orders)

Administrative staff

  • ensure the accuracy of work ticket charges before submitting the transactions to TAMS (equipment, parts, and billable labor costs) and to Cyborg (labor hours)
  • monitor invoices and payments for accuracy
  • coordinate all UNICCO custodial requests and billings
  • produce reports for managing department operations.
