Contract Management

The division serves as the Facilities Services point of contact with all off-campus contractors. The division:

  • identifies potential contractors and extends invitations to bid on specific projects.
  • processes and evaluates cost proposals submitted by bidders and recommends contract awards on the basis of price and proven performance to the Vice President for Facilities.
  • monitors contractor performance to assure full compliance with the contract specification
