Every year in an effort to raise funds, Tulane Rowing hosts an Ergathon. Each member of the club pledges to row 42,000 meters, which is equivalent to the distance of a marathon. We sent out letters to friends, family and alumni encouraging them to sponsor us as we undertake this taxing endeavor and support our team . These donations go towards supplementing operating expenses, purchasing and repairing equipment, and coaching salaries, to name a few!
