This is an exclusive buffet-style dinner made just for you! Come to this special meal prepared for you and your fellow Spring Scholar first-year residents and learn more about New Orleans cuisine!  We will have h'orderves (prior to dinner), grilled fish, red beans and rice (with meat on the side), fresh salad and vegetables, bread pudding, beignets and so much more!
