PREVENTING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT

AND

PROTECTING OUR CAMPUS FROM SEXUAL ASSAULT TRAININGS

Tulane is committed to providing equal opportunity and maintaining a campus environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity in an environment free from discrimination and harassment. At Tulane University, discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All members of the University community including faculty, staff, and students are bound by Tulane's policies.

Tulane University's policies comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibit discrimination in the University's educational programs and activities (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) based on sex.
