Employee & Student Planning

3 DAYS ~ 3 WAYS

The message is simple, be ready to survive on your own for a minimum of 3 days following a disaster.

For large disasters, you may not receive any government assistance for up to 7 days.

For pandemic flu outbreaks, officials suggest you have at least 2 weeks of supplies on hand.

Be prepared in

3 ways:

    1. get a kit,
    2. make a plan,
    3. stay informed.

For Disasters

Some of the things you can do to prepare for the unexpected, such as making an emergency supply kit and developing a communications plan, are the same for both a natural or man-made emergency. Knowing what to do during an emergency is an important part of being prepared and may make all the difference when seconds count.
