We still have all type rooms available (except large studios). We process contracts on a first come first served basis and it is not too late to send in your contract and deposit. I am sorry but we cannot accept faxed or emailed contracts since we have to have deposit included to reserve a room.
As a reminder, the apartments are furnished - you can bring a favorite chair or other items but the furniture in the room cannot be removed. Please keep this in mind when deciding what you want to bring. I have had several incoming students ask if we provided pots, pans, dishes, flatware, TVs, - we do not provide those items. Basic cable, utility costs (air conditioning and lights) and Internet connection to your room is all included in your rental payment. Separate contracts are needed for parking and land line phones in your room.
