Lindsey Curewitz is a junior from outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is studying political science, french, and economics. She is a very active student leader on campus. She is a Resident Advisor, a Pre-Hearing Administrator with Student Conduct, a member of the Community Service Scholar Program, and a member of the Red Cross Club. She is also involved with the Swim for Success program, teaching local kids how to swim. As the 2012-2013 Scholar Coordinator, Lindsey acts as a mentor for the freshman class of scholars and she is also responsible for coordination and support of the 43 scholars involved in the Community Service Scholars Program.
Elayna Napoli is a Senior at Tulane University majoring in Anthropology and interested in language studies. She is passionate about traveling internationally and hope to pursue a graduate degree in Arabic. In addition to traveling, Elayna has utilized every opportunity to learn and connect with the New Orleans community through community service. She has served in a variety of leadership roles with student clubs like the Tulane Community Advancement Network (TUCAN) and she is an active member of the local Rotary club. As the 2012-2013 CPS Community Service Assistant, Elayna will be working closely with Community Service Programs to design and manage the weekly TU Serves! E-News Update and connect Tulane students with campus and community resources and opportunities to get involved in public service.
