Rachel Garcia

Rachel Garcia is a second year student at Tulane University where she majors business and Latin American Studies. She is from South Central Los Angeles, CA. She became interested in civic engagement, partially because she wants to build community in metropolitan cities, but mainly because living in Los Angeles has taught her that public service is important for the development of a society, let alone a successful one.
